* Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
* Flax seed
(Note: It’s alot better if your ingredients are organic but if you can’t afford it at the moment or have no access to organic produce like me do the best you can!)
Blended with a food processor.

Ever since I started juicing again I feel much better physically!:)
I juice two times a day everyday.
