About
Eighteen years ago, I made a life changing decision which opened up a whole new world to me . I saw everything in a different way and physically felt less weighed down by the world. I went vegan, and to be honest, I had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t know how to cook, I didn’t understand nutrition and I had never set foot in a health food store. Despite all of this, I was feeling better than I ever . Early on, my family doctor had told me “If you continue eating like this, you are going to end up in the hospital” . It was hard to hear but only because I knew she was wrong. Here I am now, a healthy and happy 36 year old with an amazing vegan family of my own . I let the way I felt determine what I knew was right for me. Over the years , this feeling has been constantly reaffirmed by countless studies. A vegan diet is optimal for a healthy body, the planet and obviously, the animals. It is my belief that humans are natural herbivores and although we are able to consume the bodies and milk of animals, it is by all means not the optimal way for us to live . My goal is to help get the message out there. Hence the title, The VeganPolice shop. All of the items in our shop are screen printed, by hand in our little studio in Canada. We live in a little town in coastal British Columbia. We make our own buttons, shoot our on screens and mix our own colors. We only use eco-friendly water-based inks. Vegan Police combines my two passions in life. Fighting for the animals, and art. When I am not drawing and printing, I am spending time with my little ones ; hiking in the mountains and cooking food. This is a family effort and I thank you sooo much for letting me do what I love and supporting vegan business. Go vegan for better world !! xo
I love what this Company stands for! I love every print and want them all! It’s amazing to see how we can make a change for a better world.
There are no cons to these shirts.
Note: I will be updating this post when I get more Vegan police shop merch ❤

Ahimsa Naturals Brush Cleaner
Dirty Brushes?
Cleaning your Make-up Utensils/Tools are a big must!!! You don’t want bacteria just chilling on your vegan make-up brushes/tools!. Why? Because it causes bacteria and you put it in your face and then you completely brake out! That’s why!!!.
Cleaning your Vegan and Cruelty-Free synthetic bristles usually takes a very long time!
Honestly I can’t believe how fast it was to use the Ahimsa Naturals solid brush cleaner in Rosemary&Lavender
Not only did it smell amazing! But it was super duper simple to use! I definitely recommend it!!! I got mine at :

Interview with Cruelty-Free Phyrra
Editor-in-Chief | Phyrra
Phyrra: Beauty for the Bold
VMS: Whats your ig name/s? @Phyrra
VMS: What’s your real name? Courtney
VMS: Are you vegan? How long? I’m not vegan, but my blog is a cruelty free beauty blog and I support cruelty free and vegan brands.
VMS: Why did you become cruelty free? I went cruelty free in 2012 when MAC started selling in China and testing on animals. I was devastated by this so it pushed me into going cruelty free.
VMS:What does Cruelty-Free mean to you? For me cruelty free means no testing on animals and not selling in China. I support cruelty free brands even if their parent company is not cruelty free because I believe it will lead to the eventual elimination of animal testing. I do understand that all ingredients were tested on animals at one time, but that does not mean that we need to be barbaric and still test on animals. I also understand that this is a very personal choice for people so with my blog I try to provide cruelty free options without judging or saying ‘you suck for not using cruelty free’.
VMS: What’s your other social media?
